MCP (Minimum Call Procedure) requirements - NOTES TO FOLLOW ENSURE ALL PHOTOS ARE CAPTURED
Add washers to REXOD printers (if missing) – PRINCIPLE only
Check router settings using the latest procedure appropriate to multi-SIM or Dual-SIM
Provide photo of RSSI (signal strength) and ping results (these are to be added to the status tab in BAU Faults Log table). The RSSI (signal strength) must be between 0 and -80dB. The PING results must be less than 54ms. If not raise a ticket for a new antenna.
Undo any excess cables tied with a cable tie and check cable is not damaged especially from Router to Processer
Check all connectors are securely in place especially to monitor and touch screen
If paper is very low (less that 25%) change printing roll and select that have done this on the printer menu
Provide photo of printed label and check it can be peeled
Check how many spare rolls are in locker.
Check there is a metal guard fitted on both sides of the fan
Check fan and heater are working correctly
Check RGB strip light is working
Check Monoblock for any debris, damage or moisture
Check DB9 has been fitted correctly
Until Further notice, remove 4 pin cable that goes from Power Meter to Processor
Check battery is working by turning off the mains rocker switch and check screen stays on
Check very small doors are working in correct sequence
Take photos of any damage or graffiti on locker
Open any disabled doors one at a time and if they open mark them working. Fix any that do not open.
Check all doors opening. Using the local test to “open all free boxes”
Measure distance from rear wall to locker
Is locker anchored to floor?
Are all feet in place and not damaged?
Take photo of the electrical box and cable to locker
Is there any damage to concrete plinth? If yes, provide photos
Is the locker in traffic flow? Take photo to show proximity of cars to locker.
Take photo of any bollards installed
Can Monoblock be easily closed or does it catch on bracket?
