Case studies

Nine estates. One operating model.

Different clients, different hardware, different checklists — but the same four steps behind every visit, the same AI-routed scheduling underneath, and the same choice of how you receive the results: straight into your own systems, or through a portal login of your own.

Parcel locker networks

Six locker estates, surveyed, installed and maintained.

Locker work is the core of what we do: proving a position will work, putting the unit in, and keeping it running afterwards.

Royal Mail

Lockers · Survey · Install · PPM
What we do
Site surveys for proposed locker positions, installation and commissioning, planned maintenance and reactive call-outs across the Royal Mail locker estate.
How it runs
The engineer completes the survey on their phone — proposed positions, access, ground conditions, the power route from the distribution board, trenching, gradients and signage — with a photograph against every question. Each suitable location is recorded separately, so one site visit can carry several proposed positions without anything being merged or lost.
What they get
A branded survey pack with every photograph in it, produced automatically on submission and filed the same day. Reactive and PPM visits come back in the same format, so the whole estate reads consistently.

Evri

Lockers · Survey · Install sign-off
What we do
Locker and drop box surveys, installation sign-off, and reactive call-outs.
How it runs
Two jobs, two records. The survey captures proposed positions before anything is ordered. The installation sign-off captures the finished article — serial numbers, door and lock checks, battery and connectivity screens, the printed label, and the site left clean and clear.
What they get
Confirmation that the unit is live, correct and photographed before the engineer drives away — not a week later when somebody notices a door binding.

InPost

Lockers · Sign-off · Revisits
What we do
Sign-off and revisit work across the InPost locker estate, delivered alongside Principle.
How it runs
Revisits carry a long photographic checklist — a full revisit sign-off runs to 27 photographs. Engineers are issued a printed visual guide showing exactly what each photograph should look like, so the pack comes back complete the first time rather than after two rounds of queries.
What they get
Consistent, complete sign-off packs. Fewer rejected submissions and fewer return visits for a missing photograph.

Quadient

Lockers · Survey
What we do
Pre-installation surveys of proposed Quadient locker positions.
How it runs
The survey opens pre-filled from the job — site, client reference, postcode and scheduled date — so nothing is re-typed on a phone in a car park. Each proposed location is recorded against the same site visit as its own record.
What they get
A branded survey document per site, plus every photograph bundled and filed against the job. This was the first of our locker survey pipelines, and the pattern every one since has been built from.

Amazon

Lockers · Reactive
What we do
Reactive call-outs on Amazon locker units.
How it runs
The engineer takes the fault, the site and the history on their phone, works the job, and signs off with photographs and time on site before leaving.
What they get
A completed job sheet generated and filed automatically on submission. The job is closed, evidenced and reported without anyone typing it up afterwards.

Post Office

Lockers · New contract
What we do
The newest name on the list — parcel locker and collection point work: surveys, installation and commissioning, and reactive attendance.
How it runs
The same operating model as the rest of the locker estate, from day one. Geographic allocation, POWRA and RAMS on arrival, digital sign-off with photographs, and the job sheet filed the same day.
What they get
An established delivery model applied to a new estate, rather than a process invented on the fly. We will publish the numbers here once there are numbers worth publishing.
Banking and retail

Scheduled maintenance across branch and store estates.

PPM work where the value is in consistency: the same checklist, the same evidence, on the same schedule, branch after branch.

Barclays

Banking · Signage PPM
What we do
Planned preventative maintenance on branch signage and fascia, plus reactive attendance.
How it runs
A scheduled route of branch visits against a fixed checklist — signage condition, illumination, fixings and safety — with each answer photographed. Out-of-hours attendance where the branch cannot be worked in trading time.
What they get
One consistent, photographic PPM record per branch, delivered to a schedule rather than on request.

NatWest

Banking · Signage PPM
What we do
The same signage PPM programme, run across the NatWest estate.
How it runs
Two banks, one checklist, one reporting format. That is deliberate: an estate manager comparing one branch against another is comparing like with like, and our engineers are not learning a new form every Monday.
What they get
Predictable coverage and comparable reporting — plus the reactive capacity to attend when something comes off the wall unplanned.

M&S

Retail · Audio PPM
What we do
Planned preventative maintenance on in-store audio systems.
How it runs
Scheduled store visits against a set inspection checklist, with time on site captured on every attendance and a photographic record against each check.
What they get
An auditable maintenance history per store, and clear reporting of anything that needs a follow-up visit — before it becomes a failure in trading hours.

And everything else

Beyond the named accounts we run a general reactive desk — one-off call-outs, rectification works and short-notice attendance for clients who need a pair of competent hands on a site this week rather than next quarter. Same sign-off, same job sheet, same day.
